Apartments in town again can be less expensive although
many do not enjoy gardens, pools or views, resulting in lower
prices.
Basically you really have to look at all the areas and decide
what suits you and where you would like your second home.

Pollensa Areas
Pto Pollensa is divided into several districts, the most sought after being the Pinewalk area, including Bellresguard and the Bocquer district, both close to the famous Pinewalk beach.
 Bellresguard, a secluded exclusive estate, surrounded by landscaped garden, swimming pools and ornamental pools
and close to the Pinewalk beach is exceptionally popular.
 Lies between Bellresguard and the town, an area known as Bocquer.
 Central area covering the town and slightly inland, including the peaceful Sillar
 Pinaret area, streatching slightly inland but still within easy reach of the beach. Properties can be less expensive.
 Slightly more inland, the Gommar area or Gotmar as often spelt,can be less expensive especially older properties.
 Llenaire area on the Alcudia side of the town offers properties possibly less densely populated and many close to, or on the sea front. |
