Our local partners have a vast selection of properties for sale and if there is nothing suitable we will try to find properties presently listed with other agents which meet your needs. The system is similar to that in America where you contact an agent who finds the property that you are looking for drawing properties from other agents if required.

Before stepping foot in Majorca we would obtain as much information as possible so that our people in Pto Pollensa can set to work finding a selection of properties that might suit your requirements which we can then pass on to you. Once you see something of interest we can arrange appointments with our agents who will make themselves available to you for viewing the properties and will at no time pressure you.

We can arrange flights and accomodation for you for the duration required and car hire or transfers if required.

Unlike UK estate agents our agents will spend as much time with you as you require, show you round the area, advise you on the low mortgages available in Spain and introduce you to banks if this service is required. Provide information on the legal system and provide names of local legal advisors. They will explain the Spanish purchasing system and indicate expected costs. The after sales service is unbelievably good.

They have offices in the old town of Pollensa and Pto Pollenca.
